Adult Migrant English Program
Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) provides English language tuition and services to eligible migrant and humanitarian entrants, who have less than functional English. AMEP is delivered on behalf of the Commonwealth Department of Immigration and Citizenship.

Language Literacy and Numeracy Program
The Language Literacy and Numeracy Program (LLNP) aims to improve job seekers' language, literacy and/or numeracy to enable them to participate effectively in training or the labour force. LLNP is delivered by TAFE institutes on behalf of the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

TAFE English Language and Literacy Services classroom resources such as readers, dictionaries and CDs.

TESOL and Adult Literacies Collection
A collection consists of over 10,000 professional development and classroom practice resources.

Translation support
Queensland Government refers people needing help to English translation organisations.

Volunteer Home Tutors
Volunteer Home Tutors provide one to one training for Adult Migrant English Program students who can not attend face to face classes.
