TAFE Queensland students do not pay HECS fees.
Committed to ongoing excellence, TAFE Queensland also provides value for money in education and training. The cost of programs is often considerably less than those programs offered by universities or private training providers due to Government subsidies. Concessions are also available in some instances and fee-for-service programs are competitively priced by the institute offering a particular program. Financial assistance may be available to you through Austudy and Youth Allowance, Abstudy or Newstart Allowance. Detailed information on these can be found at the Centrelink website. You can also discuss payment options wth your local TAFE Queensland institute.
