The course you choose will generally determine how you enrol at TAFE.
Full-time Advanced Diplomas and Diplomas
Applications for full-time advanced diplomas and diplomas are made through the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC).
Details of available programs are published in the QTAC guide which is distributed through schools to Year 12 students and is also available at newsagents.

Most institutes also offer direct entry to some Diplomas and Advanced Diplomas.
Part time, Advanced Diplomas, Diplomas and Certificates

Note: Some courses are more popular than others and are therefore more competitive. It is a good idea to look at the cut-off level for a particular course across different institutes.
Any Vocational Education and Training study completed at school may gain you credit in your chosen course, so you should nominate any previous Vocational Education and Training study when you enrol.
