Student orientation
Student orientations are held at most institutes and provide general information about studying at TAFE Queensland.
Orientation may include information on:

the life as a TAFE Queensland student

TAFE services and facilities

teachers and support staff

and a campus tour and familiarisation.
Learning support
Learning support is offered to all TAFE Queensland students. TAFE's professionally trained teachers determine the support you require and offer individual assistance in class. Institutes also provide assistance with writing assignments, preparing for exams, general study skills and time management.
Additional support outside classes is available for students who are experiencing difficulties.
