Library network
An institute library network operates throughout Queensland on a resource-sharing basis to meet the needs of students and staff.

Collections include texts and course-related materials, general reading materials, journals, newspapers, directories, encyclopedias, and government acts and regulations.
Audio-visual material in various formats (film loops, filmstrips, video cassettes, and slides), together with appropriate hardware, also is available.
Facilities available at institutes include individual study carrels, group study areas, seminar rooms, audio-visual viewing areas, and studio/darkrooms.
Library services such as user education, reference services, loans, interlibrary loans and photocopying facilities are also available.
