Chile VET scholarship program
A special welcome to students from Chile.
The Chile VET scholarship is for young people from Chile to study and live in Queensland for up to 12 months. The scholarship program is available through the Ministry of Education, Government of Chile, and TAFE Queensland, State Government of Queensland.
The purpose of the Chile VET scholarship program is to provide Chilean students with the opportunity to study and experience living in Queensland. This program will assist to increase levels of English as well as to further develop industry and training experience in Tourism, Renewable Energy, Financial Services or Mining.
All Chile scholarship participants will undertake 20 weeks of English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS).
After completing the ELICOS program, participants will then complete 20 weeks of technical training.
