Looking for a career outdoors?

TAFE Queensland offers learning in natural resource conservation techniques, specialist skills for rural workers in the preparation and showing of beef stud cattle, or shearing shed skills, aquaculture, veterinary nursing, horticultural production skills, turf management and more.

Horticulturalists develop new methods of planting, garden design, landscaping, fertilising and harvesting crops and flowers.

Primary industries include farming, pest management, aquaculture, seafood farming and agricultural technology.
