Vocational language, literacy and numeracy programs
Providing people engaged in vocational training with additional language, literacy or numeracy training in order to succeed in their vocational training.
Funding
Funding will be allocated directly to TAFE institutes and Agricultural Colleges. This is for students engaged in vocational programs funded through direct grant Australian Qualification Framework Level 1-4.
A large percentage of funds have been allocated through open tender for programs for trainees and apprentices enrolled in programs, which are Australian Qualification Framework Level 1-4.
How to apply
Vocational language, literacy and numeracy provision for trainees and apprentices will be integrated with the Training Purchasing Contract.
