This course provides the necessary training and assessment required by endorsed enrolled nurses (within their scope of practice), to safely administer and monitor intravenous medication in the nursing environment.
OutcomeStatement of Attainment
This course will enable endorsed enrolled nurses the opportunity to find their scope of practice extended in their work environment.
The course is being offered as a stand alone unit for the professional development of enrolled nurses and registered nurses. Students will receive a Statement of Attainment upon successful completion of this course.

There are three stages to this course. Attend the two hour workshop; followed by completion of a workbook and completion of a two hour assessment.
