Course summary

This qualification provides students with the skills and knowledge to work as a mechanic to service and repair motor vehicles from a selected range of specific vehicle types. You will also learn how to test and identify faults in the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems of motor vehicles.

Entry requirements

Year 10 or equivalent (desirable); employed apprentice. Target group: Apprentices
