This program will provide the knowledge and skills required by support workers and case workers who work autonomously under the broad guidance of others.
Entry requirementsSound English and Numeracy skills to complete short answer, written assessments, report writing to industry standards and arithmetic is required. It is recommended that students do voluntary work during the program if they are not an existing worker. To do this they will be required to hold a working with Children and Young People Blue Card check.
