This course is for people desiring to operate as skilled office administration workers who provide technical advice and administrative support to a work team. Students will learn about OH&S processes, designing & developing business documents, creating & using databases, creating electronic presentations, maintaining financial records, organising schedules, as well as other important administration skills.Entry requirements
