Course summary

This course is for people desiring to operate as skilled office administration workers who provide technical advice and administrative support to a work team. Students will learn about OH&S processes, designing & developing business documents, creating & using databases, creating electronic presentations, maintaining financial records, organising schedules, as well as other important administration skills.

Entry requirements

Completion of Year 10 is desirable, Certificate II in Business or other related competencies is recommended. This qualification is suitable for recent school leavers. The qualification may be achieved through a traineeship or other delivery modes.
