Course summary

The outcome for this qualification include skills in the repair, manufacture and installation of locking and security systems. Students will gain skills and knowledge in door and window hardware, fire and security containers, design of a master key, system, automotive locking systems and door control devices.

Entry to this qualification is usually through an indenture as an apprentice.
