About the Institute
Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE gives students practical know-how by putting them in real-world industry settings. The institute operates on-campus working restaurants, salons and nurseries that are open to the public. Our students use their innovative ideas to work with industry clients to develop resources and products that really work. We believe doing is just as important as knowing.
